The face fabric has a deep, soft handfeel that photographs far better than webbing, and the alloy side-release buckle keeps the hardware in the same register rather than undercutting it with plastic. It is a collar people buy as a present, which is why it earns its place in a higher-ticket storefront.
The commercial logic is the gift box. A velvet collar in a printed box sells at a multiple of the same collar in a polybag, and the box costs very little. Colourway, laser engraving, a foil-stamped logo and the box artwork are all open, so one construction can carry a seasonal range or several brand identities at once.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
How many sizes should we carry?
Most buyers run four to five sizes from XS or S up to XL, which covers the great majority of breeds. We can also build a size ladder around a specific market - neck circumferences skew larger in North America than in Japan or Korea, and it is worth setting that before the first production run.
What logo methods work on a collar?
Laser engraving on a metal plate or buckle, a jacquard pattern woven into the webbing itself, a woven label stitched to the strap, and printed hang tags. Woven jacquard has the highest minimum because the loom has to be set up; engraving and labels are the low-volume options.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Do these collars hold a safety certification?
Not by default, and we will not describe them as certified without a report on file. Nickel release on metal hardware, azo dye testing on the webbing, REACH screening and a buckle pull-load test can all be arranged before shipment at an agreed cost if your market or retailer requires them.
Can you ship direct to our warehouse?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one shipment, inspect them, and deliver to the location you designate - door to door in many regions. Freight and duty are quoted per destination once we know the volume and the delivery terms.
