Custom Soft Elizabethan Recovery Collar for Private Label & Wholesale

- PP cotton fill
- Hook-and-loop closure
- XS to XL by neck and cone depth
- Machine washable
Product Overview
A soft recovery collar sells all year and in every market, because surgery and skin treatment do not have a season. Compared with a rigid plastic cone, the fabric version lets a pet eat, drink and sleep normally, which is what keeps owners using it for the full recovery period.
The size ladder is the critical decision: stock too few sizes and the return rate rises. Fabric is cotton or a wipe-clean waterproof shell, closure is hook-and-loop, and prints are available for brands that want the product to look less clinical. Packaging with a clear size chart is strongly recommended.

Who This Product Suits
Boutique brands
Collars are where most own-brand pet ranges start: low tooling risk, high perceived value, and an engraved plate or woven label turns a commodity into a branded product.
Ecommerce and DTC
A year-round seller rather than a seasonal one, which makes stock planning and ad spend far more predictable across a range of sizes and colourways.
Distributors
One construction covers several colourways and a full size ladder, so a single order can fill a shelf instead of a single facing.
Groomers and trainers
Metal hardware and padded linings stand up to daily handling in a way that entry-level plastic-buckle collars do not.

MOQ, Samples & Lead Time
| Minimum order quantity | Reference MOQ: 100 pcs |
|---|---|
| Option A - stock sample | Where the item is a stock design, you pay the shipping only. Any customs or clearance charges at your end are billed at cost. |
| Option B - custom sample | For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost payable up front and the balance on approval. Shipping is paid by you, and any customs charges are billed at cost. |
| Lead time | Mass production runs 1 to 3 months after sample approval, depending on how complex the product is. The exact date is confirmed in your quotation. |
Final MOQ depends on the model, material, colour, logo and packaging specification. The minimum per model or colour is confirmed in your quotation. Mixed sizes, colours and models are subject to confirmation. Production lead time is quoted separately from shipping time.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
How many sizes should we carry?
Most buyers run four to five sizes from XS or S up to XL, which covers the great majority of breeds. We can also build a size ladder around a specific market - neck circumferences skew larger in North America than in Japan or Korea, and it is worth setting that before the first production run.
What logo methods work on a collar?
Laser engraving on a metal plate or buckle, a jacquard pattern woven into the webbing itself, a woven label stitched to the strap, and printed hang tags. Woven jacquard has the highest minimum because the loom has to be set up; engraving and labels are the low-volume options.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Do these collars hold a safety certification?
Not by default, and we will not describe them as certified without a report on file. Nickel release on metal hardware, azo dye testing on the webbing, REACH screening and a buckle pull-load test can all be arranged before shipment at an agreed cost if your market or retailer requires them.
Can you ship direct to our warehouse?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one shipment, inspect them, and deliver to the location you designate - door to door in many regions. Freight and duty are quoted per destination once we know the volume and the delivery terms.
