ESG & sustainability

Sustainability claims your retail buyer can verify — with the certificate attached.

Eco-friendly sells in the pet category, and it is also the fastest way to get delisted if the paperwork does not hold. Our position is simple: we only put a claim on your packaging if we can hand you the certificate and test report behind it.

Every option below is in current production with a partner factory, with its own MOQ and cost implication. No concept materials, no “available on request” that turns out to mean never.

Compliance questions

What buyers ask before they list an eco claim

Can I say “made from recycled materials” on my packaging?

Only with a GRS transaction certificate covering your specific order, which we obtain for rPET programmes. We will also tell you the exact recycled percentage so the claim on your box matches the certificate — the mismatch is what gets brands delisted.

Usually, by the margins in the table above. Two exceptions: FSC board often costs the same at volume, and packaging redesigned for less air can offset the material premium entirely through lower volumetric freight.

Yes. Chew and tear resistance, small-parts and choking-hazard checks, non-toxic dye and coating tests and squeaker retention are part of standard inspection for toy categories — critical defects are zero-tolerance regardless of the material story.

We can specify refill-compatible packaging and single-material construction so your products are actually recyclable at end of life. Reverse logistics in your market is something we scope with your 3PL rather than promise on a website.
