Customisation capability

Put your brand on it at 100 pieces. Add tooling only when the volume pays for it.

Four levels of customisation, each with a published minimum, sample lead time and production window. Start at the level your budget supports and climb when your sell-through justifies it — the artwork and specs carry forward.

The customisation ladder

Four levels, from your logo to your own mould

LEVEL 1 · FROM 100 PCS

Branded stock product

Existing product, your decoration: silkscreen, heat transfer, embroidery, woven label or laser mark. Fastest route to a shelf-ready range.

Sample 7 days · production 20–25 days

LEVEL 2 · FROM 100 PCS

Full retail packaging

Custom box, sleeve, hang tag, insert card, polybag and barcode. Dielines and print proofs supplied for your approval before print.

Sample 15 days · production 25–30 days

LEVEL 3 · FROM 300 PCS

Product modification

Custom colourway to your Pantone, size grading, material or fill swap, hardness and scent variants, hardware upgrade.

Sample 15–20 days · production 30–35 days

LEVEL 4 · FROM 1,000 PCS

ODM with new tooling

Your own mould and structure, developed from a sketch or 3D file. Tooling is recorded to your account with its mould number.

Sample 30 days · production 35–45 days

Published minimums

MOQ and lead time by customisation type

Sampling, before and after

What the first sample looks like, and what the signed sample looks like

Nobody gets it right on round one. The value is in what happens between rounds — and in the fact that production is held against the signed reference, not the first attempt.

Round 1 · first sample

Plain undecorated plush pet toy photographed as a first prototype sample

Round 3 · signed sample

Finished branded pet product with retail packaging photographed as an approved production sample

Each round is documented with photos, measurements and the change list. The signed sample is sealed, retained in Guangzhou and used as the inspection reference for every future run.

Artwork & IP

Send these four files and we can start today

You do not need a full tech pack. If you have a reference photo and a logo in vector, we can build the rest with you.

Your IP, in writing

Can I mix four SKUs at 100 pieces each?

Yes, provided they share a factory or sit in our consolidation programme. Four SKUs at 100 pieces is a normal first order and is the most common way new brands launch with us.

Sample and courier fees are credited against your first production invoice once the order exceeds the published MOQ. Tooling is quoted separately and can be amortised across the first two runs.

Send your logo and a reference photo. Get a branded quote in two working days.

We will come back with the customisation level, the real MOQ, the sample lead time and a DDP landed cost per unit.
