Custom TPR Durable Chew Stick for Private Label & Wholesale
The backbone of the durable chew category, with flavour options that extend engagement.
Product Overview
TPR is the material that makes a chew toy last. It is tough enough to survive a determined chewer, soft enough not to damage teeth, and it can be moulded with ridges and channels that clean as the dog works on it. That combination is why it is the backbone of the durable chew category.
Hardness is the specification to set deliberately, because the right answer depends entirely on the dog - a grade that suits a spaniel is gone in an afternoon with a mastiff. Shape and flavour, bacon and peanut among them, extend how long a dog stays interested. A custom shape needs tooling, quoted separately.

Who This Product Suits
Ecommerce and DTC
Toys are an impulse category with a low entry price, which makes them the cheapest way to acquire a first-time customer you can sell to again.
Enrichment and training brands
Snuffle mats and treat dispensers sell on a behavioural benefit, which supports a much higher price than a plain chew.
Subscription boxes
Boxes need novelty every month and buy in volume on a fixed cost per unit - a demanding but very steady customer.
Distributors
Wide assortment, low unit cost and constant replacement demand as toys are destroyed.
Safety & Compliance
Existing test reports
No third-party test report is currently on file for this product, so we do not describe it as certified.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new formulation needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
How durable are these for heavy chewers?
Durability is a material and geometry question, not a marketing one. TPR and natural rubber outlast plush by a wide margin, and a toy with no thin protrusions survives longer than one with them. No toy is indestructible and we will not claim one is - if you are selling to a power-chewer audience, say so and we will steer the specification.
Can you make our own shape or character?
Yes, from your artwork. A moulded shape needs a new tool, quoted separately, with a minimum that reflects the tooling. Plush is cheaper to customise because it is cut and sewn rather than moulded. We will not reproduce a character or brand you do not own the rights to.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
What safety testing applies to pet toys?
No report is on file by default and we do not describe these as certified. Small-parts and choking assessment, phthalate and heavy-metal screening, and tear and tensile testing can all be arranged before shipment at an agreed cost. For toys sold into the EU, UK or US this is usually worth budgeting for.
