The outer layer is nylon webbing; the inner face is padded neoprene, so the collar sits flat against the neck instead of digging in on a hard pull. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom collar?
We start at 100 pieces. That figure moves with the specification - a plain webbing colour change sits at the low end, while a custom jacquard weave or a bespoke buckle needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Can you engrave our customer names, not just our brand?
Yes. The nameplate takes variable laser engraving, so each collar can carry a different name and phone number. Tell us whether you want us to engrave against a data file you supply, or ship blank plates for you to engrave locally.
How many colours can we run in one order?
Several. The practical limit is the per-colour minimum on the webbing rather than the total order, so a 500-piece order usually splits comfortably across three or four colourways. We will tell you the per-colour break when we quote.
Is this collar certified for the EU market?
There is no third-party test report on file for this product today, and we will not describe it as certified. If your market or retailer needs one, we can arrange nickel release, azo dye and REACH testing before shipment at an agreed cost.
