Custom All-in-One Slip Lead for Private Label & Wholesale
The category's leading silhouette — simple, trainer-approved and consistently profitable.
Product Overview
A slip lead is a lead and a collar in one piece of rope, with a sliding stopper to set how far the loop can close. Trainers, shelters and vets reach for it because it goes on a strange dog in one movement, and that practicality is why it sits at the top of the leash category rather than any styling.
Braided polyester rope keeps the cost low and the margin stable, and with rope diameters from 6 to 14 mm and lengths from 150 to 180 cm one construction covers everything from a whippet to a mastiff. Fourteen stock colourways mean a large order splits across a full range at almost no extra cost.

Who This Product Suits
Range completion
A lead is the natural third item after a collar and a harness, and matching the webbing across all three is the simplest way to make a range look designed rather than assembled.
Trainers and shelters
Slip leads are consumable in a training or rescue setting - bought in quantity, replaced on wear, and judged on rope quality rather than styling.
Ecommerce bundles
Low shipping weight and small packed size make leads the cheapest way to lift an order value without hurting margin on freight.
Distributors
Simple construction and a wide colour range mean a large order can be split across many colourways with very little added cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Can the lead match a collar or harness we already buy?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Send us the collar or the webbing reference and we will match the weave, the colour and the hardware plating so the set reads as one product family rather than three separate purchases.
What lengths and widths are standard?
Around 120 to 150 cm covers most everyday walking, with 180 cm and longer used for training. Width follows dog size: narrower rope for small breeds, wider webbing for large. Both are set at quotation, and we can run several lengths in one order.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Can you ship direct to our warehouse?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one shipment, inspect them, and deliver to the location you designate - door to door in many regions. Freight and duty are quoted per destination once we know the volume and the delivery terms.
