Product Overview

A tunnel that doubles as a bed keeps a cat interested for longer than either product alone, and the collapsible hoop structure means it stores flat when the owner has had enough of it.

Form, number of openings, print and size are specified per order. Cotton-linen reads premium; polyester is cheaper and takes a bolder print. Check the hoop seam at sampling, because the stitching around the steel ring is where these fail. Lead time	Mass production runs 1 to 3 months after sample approval, depending on how complex the product is. The exact date is confirmed in your quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.

Can the cover be removable and washable?

On most constructions yes, and we recommend it - a washable cover is the single feature that most reduces returns and complaints in this category. It adds a zip and a little cut-and-sew time, which we show in the quotation.

This is bulky - how does that affect freight?

Volume, not weight, sets the cost on bulky goods, so packing matters more than it does elsewhere in the range. We quote the packed dimensions openly, consolidate your order into one shipment, and where the construction allows it we can look at flat-packing or compression packing to cut the cubic metres you pay for.

What can we change about the filling?

Filling is where the cost and the feel both live. PP fibre, shredded foam, solid memory foam and high-density support foam all behave differently and sit at different prices. Tell us the retail price you are aiming at and we will suggest the construction that gets there.
