Felt ships flat, assembles with press studs and needs no frame, which cuts freight cost significantly compared with a structured cat house. The Scandinavian look also travels well across Northern European and Japanese retail.

Felt composition and thickness, form, stud placement and embossed logo are specified per order. Wool felt holds a sharper edge than synthetic and costs more; both are available and the choice is usually made on price position. Embossing your logo into the felt is cleaner than a printed label and is included in the tooling at low cost.

Option B - custom sample	For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost payable up front and the balance on approval. Shipping is paid by you, and any customs charges are billed at cost.
Lead time	Mass production runs 1 to 3 months after sample approval, depending on how complex the product is. The exact date is confirmed in your quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.

Can the cover be removable and washable?

On most constructions yes, and we recommend it - a washable cover is the single feature that most reduces returns and complaints in this category. It adds a zip and a little cut-and-sew time, which we show in the quotation.

This is bulky - how does that affect freight?

Volume, not weight, sets the cost on bulky goods, so packing matters more than it does elsewhere in the range. We quote the packed dimensions openly, consolidate your order into one shipment, and where the construction allows it we can look at flat-packing or compression packing to cut the cubic metres you pay for.

What can we change about the filling?

Filling is where the cost and the feel both live. PP fibre, shredded foam, solid memory foam and high-density support foam all behave differently and sit at different prices. Tell us the retail price you are aiming at and we will suggest the construction that gets there.
