We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new formulation needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
What can actually be changed on a brush?
Pin length, pin density and the flex of the backing pad are the three that change how the tool feels in use, and all are open. Handle material, colour and grip shape are straightforward. A new handle mould carries a tooling cost, which we quote separately and state before you commit.
Self-cleaning or standard?
A self-cleaning head - the retract button that releases the hair - is the single feature shoppers mention most in reviews, and it justifies a higher price. It adds a mechanism that has to be tested, so we sample it before production rather than after.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
