A bamboo-handled bristle brush gives a grooming range a credible sustainability story without changing how the tool works. The handle is a renewable material, the bristles are natural or nylon, and the whole product photographs well against the plastic competition.

Bamboo grade, handle shape, bristle type and density are specified per order, and your logo is laser-engraved into the handle rather than printed. Bamboo moves with humidity, so moisture content at production is specified and checked; that is what prevents handles splitting after a sea shipment into a dry market.

Lead time	Mass production runs 1 to 3 months after sample approval, depending on how complex the product is. The exact date is confirmed in your quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new formulation needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.

What can actually be changed on a brush?

Pin length, pin density and the flex of the backing pad are the three that change how the tool feels in use, and all are open. Handle material, colour and grip shape are straightforward. A new handle mould carries a tooling cost, which we quote separately and state before you commit.

Self-cleaning or standard?

A self-cleaning head - the retract button that releases the hair - is the single feature shoppers mention most in reviews, and it justifies a higher price. It adds a mechanism that has to be tested, so we sample it before production rather than after.

Can we see a sample before we commit?

Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.

Have the pins passed a sharp-point test?
