Custom Bubble Space Capsule Backpack for Private Label & Wholesale
The category's signature product and an exceptional social-media performer.
Product Overview
The bubble backpack is the product that made this category visible. A polycarbonate dome on the back of a carrier gives the cat a view out and gives the owner a photograph worth posting, which is why it performs the way it does on short-form video - the product does the marketing.
Ventilation ports around the shell are the part to check rather than the part to admire: a sealed dome is a bad carrier, however good it looks. Bubble colour, shell colourway and logo placement are all open, and the bubble itself is the highest-impact change you can make because it is the first thing anyone sees.

Who This Product Suits
Travel and lifestyle brands
Carriers are bought for an occasion - a flight, a move, a vet trip - which makes them a considered purchase with a high ticket and low price sensitivity.
Airline-compliance positioning
A carrier sized to published cabin dimensions answers a specific, urgent question, and that is a strong reason for a shopper to choose one listing over another.
Ecommerce and DTC
High average order value and strong visual appeal, which suits paid social far better than low-ticket accessories.
Distributors
One of the few pet categories where a single unit justifies its own shelf facing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Can you build to a specific airline cabin size?
Yes, and it is worth specifying rather than assuming. Cabin allowances differ by carrier and change, so send us the dimensions you want to meet and we will build to them. We will not print an airline name on the product or claim approval by any airline we have not been shown documentation for.
This is bulky - how does that affect freight?
Volume, not weight, sets the cost on bulky goods, so packing matters more than it does elsewhere in the range. We quote the packed dimensions openly, consolidate your order into one shipment, and where the construction allows it we can look at flat-packing or compression packing to cut the cubic metres you pay for.
What is customisable on a carrier?
Outer fabric and colourway, mesh panel placement, strap and handle configuration, interior mat, zip pulls and hardware finish, plus woven labels and printed hang tags. Changing a moulded frame or a bubble window carries a tooling cost, quoted separately.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
