Cardboard or sisal - which should we carry?
Both, if you can. Corrugated cardboard is cheap, flat-packs well and is consumable, so it drives repeat purchase. Sisal lasts far longer and suits a premium or furniture-style position. They sell to the same owner at different moments rather than competing.
How do you keep freight sensible on bulky cat furniture?
Flat-pack wherever the construction allows, and we quote packed dimensions openly so you can see the cubic metres you are paying for. Consolidating cat furniture with lighter goods in one shipment is usually what makes the category work.
