Product Overview
A self-adhesive scratch guard protects the corner of a sofa or a door frame, and it is trimmed to size by the customer rather than sold in fixed shapes. That is what makes one SKU cover a dozen different pieces of furniture.
Roll size, surface texture, colour and adhesive type are specified per order. Adhesive is the specification that decides whether this product succeeds: it has to hold on fabric and leather without damaging either on removal. Peel and residue are checked at sampling on the surfaces your customers actually own.
Repeat purchase is high, which makes this a useful subscription or multipack candidate.

Who This Product Suits
Cat-only brands
Cat owners are underserved by ranges built for dogs, and a brand that speaks only to them earns loyalty that a general pet brand does not.
Urban and apartment living
Wall-mounted and space-saving formats answer a real constraint for city owners, which is a specific problem worth paying to solve.
Ecommerce and DTC
Scratchers are consumable - destroyed and replaced on a predictable cycle, which makes repeat purchase forecastable.
Distributors
Cardboard scratchers flat-pack efficiently, which is what makes a bulky-looking category economic to ship.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new formulation needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Cardboard or sisal - which should we carry?
Both, if you can. Corrugated cardboard is cheap, flat-packs well and is consumable, so it drives repeat purchase. Sisal lasts far longer and suits a premium or furniture-style position. They sell to the same owner at different moments rather than competing.
How do you keep freight sensible on bulky cat furniture?
Flat-pack wherever the construction allows, and we quote packed dimensions openly so you can see the cubic metres you are paying for. Consolidating cat furniture with lighter goods in one shipment is usually what makes the category work.
What can we customise?
Printed artwork on cardboard, colour and weave on sisal, size and shape, the outer carton and any bundled catnip or toy. Cardboard printing has a low minimum and is the easiest way to make a scratcher look like yours.
How do you check quality before shipment?
Every order is inspected to an agreed AQL standard before it leaves the factory, and you get a written report with photographs. Because we are a sourcing manager rather than a single factory, the inspection is independent of whoever produced your goods.
