Four service modules. One manager. One invoice.
Buy the whole chain or the part you are missing. Every module below is delivered by the same account manager, documented in the same shared order file, and billed as one line — so nobody can hand your problem to a different department.
- Sourcing brief answered in 2 working days
- Written approval gate before every payment
- English-language documentation throughout
Deep product sourcing that starts from your margin, not our catalogue
B2B premium pet products sourcing is a selection problem before it is a price problem. We shortlist against your retail price, your market’s compliance rules and your shelf story — then prove it with samples in hand.

What lands in your inbox
- Costed shortlist. Three factory options per SKU: FOB, MOQ, lead time, material spec, certification status.
- Margin model. Landed cost per unit against your target retail, so the decision is financial rather than aesthetic.
- Physical samples. Couriered to you, labelled by option, with the factory reference on the tag.
- Compliance read. Category rules for your destination — CPSIA, REACH, EU packaging, FSC paper stock.

Minimum for branded retail packaging
Custom packaging sample lead time
Private label pet products at low MOQ — the module clients come to us for
Your logo is the cheap part. What actually blocks small brands is the mould, the plate fee and the colour minimum. We work the ladder from the bottom: existing tooling, custom decoration, then new moulds only when volume earns them.
- Decoration: silkscreen, heat transfer, embroidery, laser mark, woven label.
- Packaging: retail box, sleeve, hang tag, insert card, polybag, GS1 barcode placement.
- Product change: colourway, size grading, material swap, scent and hardness variants.
- Documents: artwork dielines, print proof and a signed pre-production sample record.
AQL quality control, reported before you release the balance payment
Inspection is worthless if you see it after the goods sail. Our sequence puts every finding in front of you while there is still leverage with the factory.
Stage 1
First article
Line stopped after the first pieces. Dimensions, stitch density and print registration checked against the signed sample.
Stage 2
Inline, at 40%
Mid-run audit with photos. Drift in colour, weight or seam strength is corrected inside the same run, not the next one.
Stage 3
Pre-shipment AQL
Random sampling per AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, plus category tests: chew resistance, pull strength, colour fastness, zip cycles.
Stage 4
Load supervision
Carton count, drop test, moisture check and container photos at sealing. Report and defect log to you before payment release.
Transparent inspection means you see the defects, not a pass stamp
Every report contains the sample size, the accept/reject numbers, every defect photographed and classified, and our written recommendation. If we recommend rejection, we also send the rework plan and the revised date.
Major defect standard, default on all orders
Shipments released on first inspection

How the engagement actually works
Can I buy only quality control, or only consolidation?
Yes. Modules 03 and 04 are sold standalone for buyers who already have their own factories — a common starting point for sellers who like their suppliers but not their freight bill.
How are you paid?
A service fee is quoted inside the unit price, so your quote sheet shows one landed figure per unit with nothing added later. Standalone inspection and consolidation are quoted per order. No retainer, no subscription.
Who owns the factory relationship?
You do. Contracts name your company, and we will introduce you directly once a programme is stable. We would rather keep you for the management than for the gatekeeping.
What happens if an inspection fails?
Shipment is held. You receive the defect log, a rework plan with a revised date, and a re-inspection at our cost. The balance payment stays unreleased until the goods pass.
