Custom Cooling Gel / Nylon Chill Mat for Private Label & Wholesale
Counter-seasonal in the north, and year-round demand in the Southern Hemisphere and the Middle East.
- Cooling gel core
- Nylon shell
- No power or refrigeration
- Self-recharging between uses
- Puncture behaviour tested on request
Product Overview
A cooling mat sells counter-seasonally in the northern hemisphere and all year in the Middle East and the southern hemisphere, which makes it a useful balance to the winter lines in a blanket range.
Size, surface fabric and whether a gel layer is included are specified per order. Cooling nylon works by conducting heat away and needs no water or refrigeration; a gel insert holds the effect longer and adds weight and cost. Puncture resistance on gel versions is checked at sampling, since a leaking mat is an immediate return.

Who This Product Suits
Entry-price own brand
The cheapest way to put a logo on something soft. Low unit cost, low fit risk, and it photographs well as part of a bundle.
Bundles and gifting
Pairs naturally with a bed or a carrier, and gift sets are where blankets earn a margin they cannot earn alone.
Seasonal and promotional
A dependable Q4 and winter line, and an easy vehicle for a seasonal print run without retooling anything.
Vet clinics and shelters
Bought in volume, washed constantly, and replaced on wear - a repeat-order category rather than a one-off.
Safety & Compliance

|---|---|
| Option A - stock sample | Where the item is a stock design, you pay the shipping only. Any customs or clearance charges at your end are billed at cost. |
| Option B - custom sample | For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost payable up front and the balance on approval. Shipping is paid by you, and any customs charges are billed at cost. |
| Lead time | Mass production runs 1 to 3 months after sample approval, depending on how complex the product is. The exact date is confirmed in your quotation. |
Final MOQ depends on the model, material, colour, logo and packaging specification. The minimum per model or colour is confirmed in your quotation. Mixed sizes, colours and models are subject to confirmation. Production lead time is quoted separately from shipping time.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Can you print our own pattern?
Yes. Custom prints are one of the lower-risk customisations in the range because there is no mould involved - you supply artwork, we match it to the fabric. Per-design minimums apply to the print run, so a few designs in one order is usually cheaper than the same total spread thin.
How many sizes make sense?
Three is the usual answer - roughly a cat or small dog size, a medium, and a large. A very small size also sells well as a carrier liner or a gift add-on. We can cut to any dimension you specify.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Can you ship direct to our warehouse?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one shipment, inspect them, and deliver to the location you designate - door to door in many regions. Freight and duty are quoted per destination once we know the volume and the delivery terms.
