This tag answers one specific complaint: metal tags jingle, all day, in the same room as the owner. Food-grade silicone is silent against a collar and against a bowl, and double-sided laser marking gives the same information capacity as a metal tag without the noise.
It is also waterproof and will not scratch furniture or flooring, which widens the appeal beyond the noise problem alone. At 4 x 2.8 cm it suits most collar widths, and nine stock colourways make it easy to match a collar range. Colour, shape and the marking layout on each face are all open, with a low minimum because there is no mould change involved.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Can you engrave our end customers names?
Yes. Tags take variable laser engraving, so every piece can carry a different name and phone number. Tell us whether you want us to engrave against a data file you supply, or ship blank tags for you to engrave locally - many brands do the second so they can offer same-day personalisation.
Which material should we choose?
Stainless steel is the default: hard-wearing, takes a clean engraving and does not tarnish. Brass suits a heritage or premium look and develops a patina. Silicone is the quiet option - it will not clink against a bowl, which matters to a surprising number of buyers.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Are these tested for nickel release?
No report is on file by default, so we do not describe them as certified. Nickel release testing to EN 1811 can be arranged before shipment at an agreed cost, which is worth doing for metal tags sold into the EU or UK.
