Custom Ceramic Double Bowl w/ Wood Stand for Private Label & Wholesale
Reads as homeware rather than pet supply — excellent for brand photography.
- Glazed ceramic bowls
- Solid wood stand
- Bowls lift out for washing
- Stand flat-packs for freight
- Reads as homeware, not pet kit
Product Overview
A double bowl in a wood or bamboo stand stops reading as pet equipment and starts reading as furniture. That is the commercial point: it can sit in a kitchen without the owner minding, which is exactly what a design-led brand needs from a feeding station and why it performs so well in lifestyle photography.
Removable ceramic bowls lift out for washing, and the stand holds them at a height that suits a medium dog or a cat. Wood finish, glaze colour and an engraved logo on the frame are the three levers. The engraving is worth taking - it is the one place on the product where a brand mark looks deliberate rather than applied.

Who This Product Suits
Premium retail
Ceramic and stainless read as quality in a photograph in a way plastic does not, which supports a higher shelf price in a boutique or department store.
Ecommerce and DTC
Slow-feeder and elevated formats sell on a stated benefit - eating pace, neck posture - so the listing can argue a reason to buy rather than compete on price.
Gift and homeware
Bowls cross over into homeware, where finish and colourway matter more than pet-specific features.
Distributors
Steady replacement demand, and a category customers buy in pairs or sets rather than singly.
Safety & Compliance
Existing test reports
No third-party test report is currently on file for this product, so we do not describe it as certified.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We start at 100 pieces. The real figure moves with the specification - a colour change sits at the low end, while a custom mould, a bespoke size ladder or a new material needs more volume to be worth running. Your exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation rather than guessed at here.
How do you protect ceramic in transit?
Ceramic ships in a moulded pulp or foam insert inside a double-wall carton, and we set the carton quantity to keep the stack height safe rather than to save a few cents on cardboard. Breakage is quoted and handled openly - tell us your destination and we will set the pack accordingly.
Can you match a glaze colour or print our logo?
Glaze colour can be matched to a reference, though a kiln glaze will always vary slightly piece to piece - that variation is the look, not a defect. Logos go on as a fired decal, a debossed mark in the mould, or a printed base. A new mould carries a tooling cost, quoted separately.
Can we see a sample before we commit?
Yes, two ways. If the item is a stock design you pay the shipping only, with any customs charges billed at cost. For a customised sample we need about 15 days to build it, with 70% of the sample cost up front and the balance on approval. The approved sample becomes the production standard.
Are these food-safe for the EU or US market?
No test report is on file by default, and we will not describe them as food-safe certified without one. Heavy-metal migration testing for ceramic glaze, LFGB or FDA food-contact testing, and stainless grade verification can all be arranged before shipment at an agreed cost.
