What happens after you press send
How fast will I hear back, and from whom?
Within two working days, from the account manager who would run your category — not from a shared inbox. The first reply contains factory options, MOQ, sample lead time and an indicative landed cost, or a specific list of what we still need to quote accurately.
Will you sign an NDA before I share designs?
Yes, and we would prefer to. Ask in the form and we will send our mutual NDA the same day, or sign yours. No factory sees your files before it is in place.
Is the quote really free?
Sourcing and quotations are free of charge. Stock-design and custom samples follow different policies. We confirm sample, courier and customs costs, and any applicable sample credit, in your quotation before you proceed.
I already have a factory. Can you just do QC and shipping?
Yes — choose “QC & consolidation” in the form. We inspect at your existing supplier, consolidate with anything else you are buying, and deliver DDP. It is one of the most common ways clients start with us.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to start production, 70% after you have seen and accepted the pre-shipment inspection report. Bank transfer or trade assurance; larger programmes can be split per shipment.
